(((Ya happy, ami?)))
Teddy was on his break, and realized he hadn't really talked to Sylvia since the night of their date. It had been an interesting evening, but he felt something that had been missing had finally fallen into place. She was a wonderful woman, and Ted couldn't wait to get to know her better. And what better time to start than now? With a grin, he walked down the hall towards her classroom. Seeing that it was empty, he poked his head in, calling out softly, "Sylvia?"

(((YES!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!! ;D)))
Sylvia was grading papers from her previous class, but she was distracted at the thought of the date with Teddy the other night. She couldn't believe she told him all of that. She heard a quiet voice call out her name. Sylvie turned...a little startled, but she smiled when she saw that it was Teddy. "Hi." she said.

Teddy smiled. Wow, something about Sylvia made him really happy. He stepped into her room, looking around. It was a little nicer than his, but what did he expect? He was a newbie. He took what was given, and was happy for it. People always thought it was strange that a man who had been one of the biggest class clowns was now a teacher, but being a prankster had really given Teddy a respect for teachers. He blushed when he saw Sylvia was working. "Sorry, I didn't mean to disrupt you, I just...well, I...I haven't been able to think about anything but you since our date," he said gently. "I just wanted to see how you were."

Sylvia stacked the pieces of paper into a pile. She was on the last sheet when Teddy came in, so there was no bother. She blushed and looked down, embarrassed, when Teddy said that nothing else was on his mind..."Come in, come in." Sylvie welcomed. "I was just finishing up." She got up and walked to where she had the 'papers to return' box and put the newly graded papers in there. Answering from across the room she said, "I'm pretty good. How about you?" She turned and faced Teddy.

Teddy watched her cross the room, surprised that he found it hard to take his eyes off her. He went over, and perched himself on the edge of her neat desk. It wasn't at all like his-- Sylvia seemed to have this teaching thing down pat, while Teddy was still new and confused, and therefore messy. Well...Ted was always messy. "I've been good," he said, pleased to hear that she had been well. "I, uh, well, I guess I wanted to thank you for such a wonderful evening the other night. You're one of the most interesting women I've ever met...unfortunately, I've not that met that many women, but please believe me, it is a compliment." Teddy blushed, and grinned sheepishly.

Sylvia walked back over to her desk and sat next to Teddy. "That's good that you are good?" she said. She blushed and looked down when Teddy said the evening outing was 'wonderful'. Sylvia explained, "Wonderful? That was terrible...on my part...you were the one who made it perfect. Believe me. I don't know why I told you all of that. I usually try to hold that back, but thanks for listening. And I am sorry I told you all of that too...truly I can't believe I put all of that out there. I don't know why I did...it's just there's something about you...like I can trust you." Then she looked up, flushed. "Um, thank you?" Sylvie found herself not exactly that interesting, but whatever. When she heard that Teddy hadn't met that many women, her eyes grew wide in shock. How could this adorable, sweet man not have met that many women? She wanted to be clear on that fact so she asked, surprised, "What?"

Teddy smiled slightly as Sylvia tried to apologize. "It's alright, honestly. I might have kind of thought you were a little crazy, but I shouldn't really be talking. I'm not much better sometimes," he said with a laugh. But then it hit him. "Wait...you trust me?" He felt a surge of warmth. It felt wonderful to have Sylvia trusting him. "Thanks, that's...you don't know how pleased that makes me." he blushed, and looked down into her eyes. "Yeah, I've never really been into the dating scene. Scribo, y'know, the potions professor, he tries to pair me up with girls, but it never turns out. But you...you just have something about you that...well, it's different from everyone else. It's captivating and enthralling and..." And leaving the sentence hanging, he took Sylvia's face in his hands and kissed her, passionately, cupping her face in his hands, and holding her close. He let her go after a moment. Blushing furiously, he looked away. "I'm sorry, I couldn't help myself. Please believe me, I don't generally go around kissing my coworkers."

Sylvia was glad that Teddy didn't think that she was a complete freak. "Yes. I do trust you." She replied. Then she looked into his beautiful eyes and almost melted. She blushed when Teddy was describing something that was about her, and the fact that Scribo tried to hook him up with girls. Shouldn't he get to pick the girls he wants to date? When Teddy put his lips on hers, she got lost and dizzy. When he stopped she said, "Don't be sorry." Then she pulled him to her and kissed him vigorously, never wanting it to end.

(((OH DANG!!!)))
Teddy kissed her passionately, never wanting to let her go. One hand held Sylvia's neck, pressing her close to him. The tips of his fingers played with her dark curls, swirling them. His other hand, slid down until it was resting on her lower back, again keeping her close. It felt so right to have her in his arms, he could barely contain himself. His lips moved from hers, and slid down to her neck. He lifted his lips for just one brief moment. "I love you," he whispered softly. Then his lips returned to hers, this time moving faster. Teddy was so...preoccupied that he didn't hear the door open and a first-year student come in. The little boy was looking to ask Sylvia about an assignment. His eyes went wide. "Pro...professor Anderson?!" He squeaked, absolutely stunned. Teddy quickly stopped kissing Sylvia, and turned to face the student, his eyes as wide as the little boys. "Oh, lord," Teddy breathed, his arms still around Sylvia. The little boy recognized his transfiguration professor instantly. "Professor Lupin?!"

(((oh boy...)))
As Teddy pulled her closer and continued to kiss her, Sylvia did the same. She felt his hand find her lower back, and his other hand against her neck, flinging her curly hair around. Sylvia wrapped her arm around Teddy's shoulders, and entwined her other hand in his hair. It was amazing how good it felt to be held in Teddy's arms, and it was as if nothing else mattered in the world. His lips felt soft as they traveled to her neck. Sylvie followed him with her hand and tilted her neck a little so she was still able to kiss him. When Teddy said that he loved her, Sylvia started crying. It was a happy kind of crying though. She was happy he loved her, and she was happy that she was loved. "I love you too." she whispered back. When Teddy's lips were back on hers, it felt like she was flying very quickly. Sylvie's kisses sped up with Teddy's, and she felt she belonged in his arms, like this was the place she was always searching for. After Andrew died, she never thought she'd fall in love again. Lucky for her, she thought wrong. Suddenly, she heard Sawyer Lowell's voice, a great first-year student who was now scared for life. Teddy had stopped kissing her ans she understood why. Sylvia looked at Teddy, worry written all over her face. She turned her head to Sawyer and saw his shocked expression. Then she realized that she in Teddy were still in each other's arms. Sylvie looked back at Teddy and saw that his face matched Sawyer's. She reluctantly wriggled out of his grip and quickly tried to think of a plan. First, she whispered in Teddy's ear, "Please don't leave. I'm sorry this happened, but please stay." She was beginning to feel nervous as she got off her desk, wiped her eyes for any extra tears, and approached Sawyer. "Sawyer," she began, her voice quivering. "This isn't what it looks like, I promise you that." She hoped that the action on her desk didn't look like much, but she knew she was probably fooling herself. "Erm...not at all." she continued. She tapped a desk. "Sit, sit!" she exclaimed. Sylvia went back over to her desk and grabbed a pen. Then, she went back over to where she told Sawyer to sit. "So, uh, what exactly is it that, um, you need, erm, help with?" Sylvia figured that Sawyer was in for help, because that is the only time he comes back.

(((Gonna god-mod just a titch!! please forgive me, i just wanna get back to sylvia and ted)))
Teddy, now recovered from his initial shock, was blushing scarlet. This was awful. Poor Sawyer was now scared for life, he and Sylvia had been caught, and worst of all, he had to stop kissing Sylvie!! He let her out of his arms, then nodded when she asked him to stay. Like he was going to leave! He had only just found her, it would take a lot for him to let her go for a while. He watched Sylvia help the kid, who was slowly getting over his shock. God,she was good at this. She truly was a great teacher, always knowing just what to say to the kid to get him to understand. Finally, the boy left, and Teddy smiled weakly at Sylvia. "Oops," he said softly.

(((alrighty thats fine )) Sylvia did her best to keep her emotion inside as she helped Sawyer. It was a good thing that he believed what she said. She felt really bad though...Sawyer will probably never forget this. After Sylvie was sure he understood everything, she sent Sawyer on his way. When he was out of the room and down the hall Sylvia looked back at Teddy and shrugged. "I think we survived this one, we'll just have to be more careful." She returned his weak smile with a small smile of her own. Sylvie went back over to Teddy. "So where did we leave off?" Her smile grew.

Teddy grinned like mad. "I think I was in the middle of telling you that I loved you, and showing exactly how much," he said, pulling Sylvia close against him. She was wonderful. He kissed her again, gently, rubbing her back as he held her. He pulled his lips away from hers, and just looked at her for a moment. "You are the most beautiful thing I've ever seen, did you know that?" He laughed slightly, then pulled her so that they were both sitting on the edge of Sylvia's desk.

Sylvia melted when Teddy pulled her to him, and when he kissed her. She didn't know if that feeling would ever fade. His hand moving on her back felt amazing. Sylvie squeezed his shoulder. Sylvia blushed when she was told she was beautiful. "Well you know Teddy, you are practically the most adorable, and charming person ever. You're also very sweet." Sitting next to him, she put her head on his shoulder. "I love you so much." she said. Then Sylvie noticed the clock...class was going to start in five minutes. "Hey Teddy. After work, do you um want to uh come over?" Sylvie felt embarrassed, but she just had to ask. She always wanted to be somewhere near Teddy. It was like he was the bright sun that cleared away the dark storm clouds that occasionally followed her around. Every time she thought of Teddy, she felt as if the sadness became a little more bearable, a little more happy.
